A. Simply Google Clergy Collar and see the results. We have been established for many years and we were the first ever Clergy Shirt website in the UK.

Q. How do I contact you?

A. We can be contacted by telephone or email. Our aim is to answer you as quickly as possible. Always check your email spam for a reply.

Q. How long for delivery?

A. All items are dispatched ASAP. Once an order is shipped you will be emailed and delivery takes 1-3 days. You will have to sign for the delivery.

Q. What will happen if my order gets lost in the post?

A. We will replace it free of charge.

Q. Can I return items?

A. We offer a 7 day return policy from when you receive your order. Simply contact us within 7 days to return an order. Made to measure/custom shirts are exempt from this policy, unless faulty.

Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. We ship to the United Kingdom and most other countries. If your country is not listed then please contact us.

Q. How much does shipping cost in the United Kingdom?

A. We charge a flat rate of £4 + £1.25 per item for all orders.

Q. What are your payment options?

A. You can pay by almost any card (including Amex) through our secure server.

Q. How long do custom clerical shirts take to make?

A. Usually 3-4 weeks but please allow up to 6 weeks as we get very busy at certain times of the year.
